My mission is to share beauty and it’s my goal that everyone who receives my art be extremely happy with it. If you are for any reason unsatisfied, please contact me as soon as possible and I will either replace or refund your purchase.
2. SHIPPING on RETURNS:
I am a perfectionist about sending out my best work, but once in a while mistakes happen. As a general policy, if there is a flaw in your order, I will pay for return shipping and will send you another. If there is no flaw but you would like to exchange it for another reason (ordered wrong size, etc), I will pay to return the item to you after I receive it at your cost.
Reproduction of my art for any reason is not permitted without permission. Thank you so much for respecting the years of hard work that I have put into my art!
4. HOLD HARMLESS:
Although I use best practices when attaching frame hardware, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any weaknesses in frames, wires, structures, etc, and the buyer agrees to not hold the artist responsible for any physical risk or property damage that my occur during or after art installation.

I am personally available to chat all throughout the process from visualizing your order to placing it to hanging it. If you have any concerns, please let me know ASAP so that we can find a solution together!
